I hope that everyone had a nice Christmas. It was really nice to spend time with my family and friends. Here is a thank you card I made. I have a few of these to send out. The paper is from K and Company Amy Butler love this paper such beautiful bright colors. The sentiment is from Papertrey ink heartfelt greetings I think it's called another great set to have on hand for all those sentiments you use on your cards. The rest is pretty basic nothing to hard. So I have some exciting news one of my cards I sent in to Paper Crafts Mag has been accepted for Card Creations Volume 7 so be on the look out for that I don't think it's coming out until June. So it's going to be a long wait but worth it. I hope to be back soon with more cards. It's going to be time to think about Valentine's Day cards.

My Christmas Cards
This is the Christmas card I made for this year to send out to everyone. I made a pocket card I thought this would be the easiest way to show a picture of my kids. I think it is so much easier to take a photo at home rather then bring my kids somewhere to get it done. This way I can take my time doing it if they are picture ready that day great if not I will try another day. The dp I used is from stampin up. The sentiment is from papertrey ink. I used my storybook cricut cartridge for the label. I really do love this cartridge so many different things you can do with it. The flowers I got from Michaels in the bridal section.

Coffee with a friend
Really sorry for the bad picture. I have been wanting a set of stamps with a coffee cup they have become quit popular looking on splitcoast stampers who knew. Well Papertrey Ink came out with the perfect set where you can add your beverage of choice in this cute sentiment. All other items are also form Papertrey Ink. I so love that they make every thing to match it makes it so easy to create.
Here is what the sentiment says if you can't see it in the picture:
A cup of coffee
shared with a friend
is happiness tastedand time well spent.

Love Birds
All of the supplies used on this card are from Chatterbox even the clear bird stamps. I don't know if you can see in the picture but I glittered the heart. The ribbon I picked up is from Big Lots for a dollar can't beat that. I guess I gotta get in the groove of making valentine's day cards. For an FYI papertrey came out with some awesome valentine's Day stamps and many other things so go check them out. There is a link to their web site on my sidebar. I hope everyone is ready for the holidays. Thank goodness I did the last of my shopping yesterday because bad weather is headed our way here in CT. I will try to post a couple more cards this week and then I won't be back for a week or more we will be going a way for the Holidays.

Happy Birthday
I thought I would get away from x-mas cards for a moment only a moment though I will be so happy when I am done with x-mas cards. After doing over two hundred of them I want to move on. This is the card that I won the stamping royalty contest with it is in the Nov/Dec issue of Paper Crafts Mag. I used Father knows best stamp set from papertrey ink. The dp is from basic grey's mellow line. When I saw this paper I knew exactly what stamp set to use with it do you ever get one of those moments? I love when that happens when everything just comes together so easy.

The stocking is from a retired set from stampin up. The dp is My Minds eye. The rope ribbon is also from stampin up. The stocking I colored with my markers and mounted on a scallop rectangle from spellbinders. Then of course I added some buttons.

This card I used a very old stampin up set I don't even remember the name of it sorry, but I love this image. The DP is from Papertrey Ink as is the sentiment from the Believe set. I probably have already said this and will many more times but I Just love the embossing folders from provocraft. I have seen so many beautiful cards on splitcoast using these. That's pretty much it for this card very simple.
