Happy Birthday 40 Ways

So I am going to bore you with lots of pictures. I started with this card for the sketch at CPS so simple so of course I had to give it it a go and this is what I came up with. Then I thought oh it would be so nice to make a couple more just clean and simple Birthday cards and this is what I made with just a couple of supplies.

All supplies used for this set of cards are from K and Company. I have always loved their stuff and just for an enabler alert I was just at Michael's the other day and they had five or more new K and Company paper pads so of course I was over joyed especially when I saw a new Amy Butler paper pad can't wait to use that. So back to the cards the sentiments are once again from The Cutting Cafe printable stamps Happy Birthday 40 Ways. It's so easy to use these all you have to do it print and cut. TFL!!!

Sweet Wishes

Today is a quick and easy card that I did with another My Cute Stamps Set. This is a super sweet set that I just love and of course I have had it for awhile now and am just inking it up. I paper pieced this cute ice cream cone and then added a little glitter(Martha Stewart). So at first I stamped it on piece of paper and was going to leave it stamped and matted on that paper but I didn't like how it looked so I ended up cutting the ice cream cone out and leaving a little border around it so no it almost looks like a 3-D sticker. I made a tag and stamped the sentiment added it to a button on my bow and that's it. Oh and of course i Used another border punch fro EK success. TFL!! Don't forget tomorrow is another Sweet Sketch Wednesday so I hope to see you then. FYI ABC TOYS and CRafts is still having their sale until the 18th and you can get this set 15% off and I just checked out their store and they are adding more and more great product.

Good Tuesday Morning

For this card I used some Jillibean goodness I love this paper and their journaling sprouts. This uses another Unity KOTM the mushrooms are so cute I just had to use them for one of my entries for the Guest Dt Contest. I used my swiss dots embossing folder for the back round and I paper pieced the mushrooms and used another border punch.

This second card uses some Pink Paislee DP so pretty I just love the patterns and I thought this owl would go perfect with these papers. I kinda went out of the box with this one as far as the sketch goes so I hope that it works. This will be the last card for awhile using this lace ribbon I know I went over board using this stuff but did you see how I ran the twine through the ribbon I thought that came out pretty good. I also added little gems to the owl's eyes and that's it for this card. I may be back with more for this contest not sure yet.TFL!!!

Happy Fourth of July

Happy Fourth of July. Just a quick post Arlana asked her Dt if we would do a Fourth of July card using this weeks sketch so here is my take on the card. The only info I have on this card is that the backround printable stamp is from cutting cafe. The star stamp is from Papertrey Ink. Sorry so quick but I have got to run. Make sure to check out the other DT cards on the Sweet Sketch Wednesday Blog. Everyone have a great day and be safe!!!

Christmas In July

This card I created for Twisted Thursday base on a sketch and with a little twist and that was to do some distressing and to use a Christmas image. Boy was that hard breaking out a Christmas stamp which by the was is a stampin up set called Flaky Friends I think. It's been along time since I've used Stampin up stamps which is sad because I have cabinet full of them and most of them I've never used. Sorry back to the card I used My Mind's Eye Dp for this one a paper pack I got last year and never used. I used my distresser along the edges and some more faux stitching and the sentiment is from Papertrey Ink.
