Happy Hip Hop Thusday

Happy Thursday I have a fun little project to share today. A fun little mini box 3x3 and I did a tutorial over at the Ippity Blog I would love for you to check it out!!!

For this box I used some Olivia Dp from Basic Grey gorgeous paper in this collection and along with the paper I used the Ippity Kit Now and Always it has the most perfect flowers for embellishing with I just love them.

Friends Forever

I love making friendship cards they are so fun!!! I have to tell ya I am really loving the new Echo Park collections seriously you can make a whole lot of cards with this paper collection and the letter and image stickers are amazing it really is such a great deal with all the stuff you get in this paper pack. Todays card I used the Walk In The Park collection that is all I used besides some kraft cardstock the Journal card is cut out from the paper how perfect is that for the friends theme. I really cannot wait to make some more cards with this paper!!

Hero Arts Fun!!!

Yay it's FWF love this day good people beautiful inspiration!!! I have two cards to share and they both use Unity's May store kit one of my faves. Along with these beautiful stamps I am using some old Crate Paper love the earthy feel of this paper. I am so excited about all the New Releases coming out for CHA I have been loving all the Sneak peeks of course my wallet is not going to love it nor is my husband!!! Any fun plans for the weekend? I have a ton of cards to make since I am going on vacation the beginning of August and for 10 days yikes but it's all fun and I love it!!!

Emboss Resist

Happy Wednesday i'm here to share my emboss resist project for Paper Maniac. This was another technique that I have never done so I was a little scared at first about how or what I was going to do and the biggest decision what stamp I was going to use for this technique. Well I always love the big bold images that Unity always has in their store kits and they are perfect for this technique this image from one of the older Unity store kits but this technique would work with some of their newer Unity store kit images as well. I used some Tim Holtz distress inks love these they are so fun and there are some gorgeous colors. The Dp is from Memory Box these papers are gorgeous.

BLOG CANDY UPDATE

I know I am late with my post it's been a crazy busy day. I have a quick and fun card using some Hero Arts and My Mind's eye love both of these!!! So along with everything else I am loving the Hero Arts stamps they are great!!! Patti over at Paper Maniac has a huge selection and I have been adding to my collection slowly now all I need to do is use them.

A little update on my Blog Candy it has ended but I will have to hold off and pick a winner Friday or Saturday so sorry for the delay but my hubby decided it would be a good idea to go camping for a couple days which leaves me just hours to get my posts ready for other dt stuff and pack a camper.

Oh I love it when they come up with these fabulous ideas.

Happy Monday I hope everyone had a fabulous weekend. It's a special day here at my house because my sweet girl turns seven today wow where did the time go I cannot believe it I remember the day I found out I was having a girl I was on cloud nine for days and I still am she is such a sweetheart I feel so blessed!!!

So onto my card this weeks challenge is brought to you by the amazing Eryn and the challenge it to use turquoise, yellow and one other color and on my card I used green as the other color. As soon as I saw the colors I knew the Cosmo Cricket DP was going to be perfect for the challenge. I used the fabulous Delightful Little things I know I can't get enough of this set.

Lizzie Anne Designs Monthly Mix Blog Hop

Today is the 15th of the month which means another Lizzie Anne Designs Monthly Mix Blog HOP also the reveal of next months Mix some exciting stuff. This Months Monthly Mix has to be be my favorite there are some fabulous stamps in this kit that i just love including this butterfly is it not gorgeous? I used some Fancy pants Roadshow collection just really soft and pretty patterns.

Recycle Something

Hey Everyone I am here to share my card recycling something that is this weeks theme for Paper Maniac. Can you guess what it is? It is my flower I made it from a brown paper Bag and with a little Tim Holtz Distress Ink I got My flower a perfect color to match My card. I know you have seen me make these flowers before but just in case I will tell you how I did it. I took a favorite Flower Die or you can use a punch and I cut out about five flowers crumpled them up a bit and added a brad in the middle to keep it together and I also added a button for a fun look. My Dp is from the Material Girl Cosmo Cricket along with a fun sentiment from Our Craft Lounge set called Say It With Flowers How perfect is that sentiment love it.

Surf's Up

I have a quick card to share today it uses the monthly Stamps Of Life Set just a really fun summer time set. I paper pieced the surf board and used some fun Making Memories Dp I love the colors of the paper so fun and summery!!!

EAD Designs Color Challenge

Happy Saturday I hope everyone has some fun plans for the weekend not much going on here just going to relax and enjoy the family. So EAD Designs has a new challenge going on it's a color challenge and some really fun colors PINK,GREY,Black and White love them. The DP is Heidi Swap I found this at the craft store and it was perfect for this challenge. I used some fun EAD stickerz which is the sentiment and butterfly. Then I just had to use my flower die again I know I am going to wear this thing out the first week but I just love it I don't think I have been this excited about a tool for a long time.

It's another Hip Hop Thursday and I am so excited about today's post for many reasons and one of them is the dt has the pleasure of working with some fabulous Graphic 45 Dp For my card I used the Baby and Bride Collection so soft and beautiful love it. My sentiment is from the Ippity kit Elegant greetings. See my flowers they were made from a new Sizzix Die that cuts out scallop curly flowers for you I am so excited about this because honestly I was struggling to make my own flowers by hand and this just makes it so much easier.

This weeks theme over at Paper Maniac is to use paint on your creation. I really wanted a big image to use with the paint and this Butterfly from the new Unity Store Kit was perfect for this. The Dp I used is from The Max and Whiskers collection by Basic Grey I really love the warm tones of these papers and I really wanted something to match the color paint I used for my image. One last thing to finish my card off was some fun faux stitching and some beautiful ribbon.

I have a quick little card to share with you today. On this card I used some more So Sophie papers from My Mind's Eye and the label is also from that same collection. I am loving PTI dies and that is where the sweet butterfly comes from. The Get Well Soon Sentiment is from a Hero Arts set.

Happy Monday I hope that everyone had a fabulous weekend the weather here in Ct was Beautiful you can't ask for much more than that!!! Today Our challenge Host is the fabulous Kelly and the challenge is to use four of something or the number 4 on your card so we hope will will play along this week it's a fun challenge. The four things I used on my card are the felt flowers that I made myself I am soo loving felt right now. I hope everyone has some fun weekend plans!!! I have a fun and very simple card with a little bling added to my stamped image.The Blue DP is from October Afternoon's Report Card Collection and the red is from American Crafts love their paper with the texture. I added more texture by using this fun star embossing folder.The Image is from an older Unity Store kit that is still in the paper Maniac Store. Then of course I added some fun stickers from my stash.

Happy Hip Hop Thursday love this day because I feel so honored and lucky to be a part of these talented and fabulous group of ladies so Thank You Unity from the bottom of my heart.

For todays card I used the beautiful Now and Always kit I used my Copics to color the vine I still need more practice using these fabulous markers and the down fall you always want more of them. I used the fabulous October Afternoon Fly a Kite can't seem to get enough of that paper love it!!!
