Good Monday Morning
I hope everyone had a great weekend. My sweet little girl had her dance recital this weekend and I was one proud mommy. I always get so emotional during these things. I seemed to be alot more emotional this year seeing my five year old up there and how big she has gotten it breaks my heart to see them grow up so fast. Alot has happened this year and it makes so grateful for every little thing thing that we have. Ok so onto the cards sorry I got side tracked there. My Friend asked me to make thank you cards for some teachers but the whole challenge was that she wanted them to have butterflies on them so this is what I came up with. I used that K and Company Green House paper that I can't seem to get enough of. Sorry for the bad Pictures again. Don't forget to keep an eye out for a new Sweet sketch on Wednesday it's another great one. We really need people to play along with us as I said before you can use any of your stamps does not have to be anything special. TFL!!

I really am thinking about getting one of those light boxes so if anyone has any info on the give me a shout. For this card I used the Yummy Crate Paper. Unity Challenge
Well it's the beginning of the month and Unity is having their big KOTM challenge and The prize to be a guest Dt spot how awesome is that? So the challenge is to make a monochromatic card I have to say this was a challenge for me. Oh and of course to use the KOTM. The first card I used April KOTM I love these trees. I used K and Company Greenhouse collection and paper pieced the trees and used pop dots to give it dimension. The second card I used May KOTM and I went a little softer with this card used DP from stampin up. Did some faux stitching around the edge of the card and also paper pieced the flowers. You really can't see it in the picture but i used glitter for the tops of the flowers. Thanks again for looking and I can't wait to see everyone's creations!
